TABsense, a Saudi company specializing in artificial intelligence technologies for the restaurant and café sector, has signed a cooperation agreement with Whichiz, aimed at leveraging artificial intelligence and data to enhance operational processes and support the brand’s growth and expansion.

Whichiz operates a business model characterized by high operational efficiency and scalability, enabling the brand to reach 20 branches in less than one year, while maintaining operational quality and a consistent customer experience.

Mishari Al-Muthen, CEO of Whichiz, said:

“We are committed to building an optimized and scalable business model with high operational efficiency. That is why we chose TABsense as our technology partner to support our goals and ambitions for expansion across Saudi Arabia and beyond, by leveraging technology and artificial intelligence in a practical way that serves our operations.”

The partnership focuses on transforming operational data from reports reviewed after the fact into a real-time tool that helps management and operations teams make faster and more accurate decisions.

The agreement comes as part of TABsense’s direction to move from the concept of Point of Sale to Point of Intelligence, through the deployment of more than 20 AI agents to support daily operations. These include forecasting inventory needs, reducing revenue leakage, detecting fraud, providing sales recommendations, and monitoring performance.

Today, TABsense technologies operate across more than 4,000 locations. The agreement with Whichiz builds on the company’s partnerships with several brands in the restaurant and café sector, including Veloce and Marmasha, as part of its efforts to expand the use of artificial intelligence across operations and support brands in their growth and expansion.
