Jeddah, Saudi Arabia — TABsense, a Saudi technology company specializing in AI-powered systems and agents for the restaurant and café industry, has entered into a cooperation agreement with Jeddah-based restaurant Marmasha. The partnership will leverage artificial intelligence and operational data to streamline processes and enhance efficiency.
Under the agreement, Marmasha will use its operational data more strategically, translating insights into practical actions that support better decision-making, stronger performance, increased profitability, and more effective operations management.
TABsense develops AI agents through its “Point of Intelligence” model. Integrated directly into the daily workflows of restaurants and cafés, these agents analyze data and act on insights in real time. Their capabilities include driving sales growth, minimizing revenue leakage, forecasting inventory requirements, and monitoring operational performance.
TABsense technology is currently deployed across more than 4,000 locations. The company continues to strengthen its presence in the restaurant and café industry, having previously signed a strategic partnership with Riyadh-based Veloce, which operates a network of more than 60 branches. That partnership uses AI technology to support Veloce’s continued growth and expansion.
The agreement follows TABsense’s recent international recognition at the 2026 WITSA Global AI Awards, where it received the award for AI Entrepreneurship. The honor was awarded following a global evaluation of nominations from more than 80 countries, highlighting the growing international profile of Saudi technology and its ability to compete on the world stage.
